HELP USING OUR WEBSITE
Accessibility statement.
Lombard Dental Studio wants everyone to be able to find information, contact our team and plan a visit. We are committed to improving the usability and accessibility of our website for people with disabilities.
Statement updated:
Accessibility tools.
Our website uses the Ally – Web Accessibility & Usability plugin to offer optional accessibility and reading adjustments.
Open the accessibility icon on the page to see the available controls. Depending on the enabled settings, these may include text-size, contrast and reading adjustments. You can use the controls that suit your needs alongside your browser or assistive technology.
You do not need to use the widget to contact us or request assistance. The widget is a supporting tool; it does not replace accessible website design, testing or improvements.
Our approach.
We aim to improve access to our website using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a reference. These guidelines address how content can be easier to perceive, navigate, understand and use with assistive technology.
Our priorities include readable content, meaningful link labels, clear headings, keyboard access, visible focus indicators and useful text alternatives for images.
This is an ongoing effort. This statement does not claim that every page or feature fully conforms to WCAG, and using an accessibility plugin does not establish conformance.
Content and outside services.
Some content or functions may still present barriers. Older documents, images or videos may not offer the same level of accessibility as other parts of the website.
Online booking, patient forms, maps and payment services may be provided by other organizations. Their interfaces and accessibility features are controlled by those providers. If a tool or an outside service prevents you from completing a task, contact our team for help with another way to proceed.
Report a difficulty.
Your feedback helps us understand where improvements are needed. When contacting us about an accessibility issue, please include:
- The page address or feature you were using.
- What you were trying to do and what happened.
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it.
- How you would prefer us to contact you.
Please avoid sending sensitive medical or payment information in a website message.
Call 805–495–2431 during office hours, or use our contact page if it is accessible to you. We will review your report and discuss how we can assist.
